• Communication skills are a must. People will tell you what to do, you must be able to figure out what they're asking for, and be able to get a clear response back to them.
• You need to have a computer and a reliable internet connection.
• People with knowledge of different fields.
• Self starter, you should want to take on more responsibility and try new things.
• Important You need to have a audio headset (with a microphone) to do this job (in some cases iPhone headphones work just fine).

The pay

• To start, you'll get paid per task depending on how quickly the task is finished, what time of day it is, and how complicated the task is. For example, let's say you have 5 different tasks to make reservations at a restaurant. To start, tasks are worth anywhere from $2.50 to $7 per task and go up from there.
• If interested, you may be promoted to a managerial type position, managing other assistants and helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Payments go out every other week (on Tuesday) via Dwolla

• This position and this company has huge room for growth.
• You can define your own hours. Ideally, I want people around 24 hours a day, so if you've got time at 4 am, great! If you want to work 9-5, perfect!

Textmaster is a fairly new site that connects writers, proofreaders, copywriters, and translators to work from home and earn extra money online.  Their platform that is similar to Clickworker, Textbroker, or Cloud Crowd where you pick from the available tasks and earn cash for each assignment that you complete.  They are looking for people to create high quality text content for their clients.  If you are currently looking for additional ways to earn money from home and want a non phone work at home job that will allow you to work whenever you want, you may want to give Textmaster a try.

I finally tried this new site that will pay you to answer questions online.  If you like PollBuzzer or Paid Viewpoint, you will love ICS.  This site may be new to some of you but it has been around since for quite since 2010.  I decided to finally give it a try and I LOVE this site.  ICS or as known as Instant Cash Sweepstakes will reward you in cash for your honest answers.

Have you ever thought about creating work for yourself at home?  Some people have decided to  take that leap and work for themselves to be their own boss rather than work for someone else.  But Is it really practical or better yet, possible to do so?  Initially, it will require a lot of time and dedication to get your business going but all your hard work will pay off in the long run. 

You may be looking just to supplement your income but not quite sure what you can do or what you are good at. It is always better to consider doing things that you really enjoy because you will more likely stick with it.  If nothing comes to your mind, try to think of things that interest you.     

Creating work for yourself doesn't have to cost a lot to get started. Nichols Research is looking for Females ages 25 to 49 for an upcoming research study regarding Food Products.  This study will be an online blog discussion taking place Monday, July 8th - Sunday, July 14th. Five respondents in the Atlanta area will also be chosen to participate in a follow-up in-home interview taking place on Tuesday, July 23rd.
